Dallin and his Dad

Dallin and AJ have been running. AJ is preparing for a big relay race that goes from Logan to Park City. Dallin goes on runs with him occasionally. What a great way to spend time together!
Dallin is into the busy sport season. He plays on a soccer team and a baseball team where he has been doing real good as a first baseman.
School will soon be out for the summer and we are anxious to borrow the kids for the weekend and take them with us to Randolph. Last summer we painted the barn/garage and this summer we are going to paint the trim on the house!! We also plan to spend some time on the beach at Bear Lake.

Mia Likes Swedish Fish

She eats them by the mouthful!! It was great to have the kids drop by tonight. Mia ran in and began to cartwheel through the family room! She takes gymnastics now and is loving it.
AJ and Cami recently completed a basement remodel where they added two bedrooms and a bathroom rough-in. Dallin and Mia got to choose their paint colors. Mia chose "Sweet 16" which she said is kind of "purpley".

Ethan meets "Fireman Joe"

A G.I. Joe doll dressed in fireman attire with gas mask, oxygen tank and helmet really fascinated Ethan. Joe is going to stay at Grandma and Grandpa's and wait for Ethan to come to play.
Remember when AJ was totally in to firemen stuff?! Isn't it funny that he would have a son who was too!
We couldn't resist buying this doll when we saw it for only $4 at the Gun Show last weekend.

On Monday, April 28th, our youngest child will turn 21 years old! My, but we are getting old! It is hard to believe that all of our babies are grown up now.
Brenna - We hope that you have a great day filled with lots of love and
surprises.
We love you,

Elder and Sister Sano

We are about one month into our Inner City Project Mission. For 30 + years we have been looking forward to serving a mission together and now the dream has come true.
The LDS Church has many programs that assist those in need all around the world. From disaster relief wherever fires, tsunami, earthquakes, etc. strike, to organizing water projects in drought afflicted Africa, to providing measle shots and infant resuscitation training. The Inner City Project that we are involved in is closer to home and exists to help the poor and needy in our community. Couples, usually middle aged, are asked to commit to one year to working in an inner-city ward or congregation, and under the direction of the bishop, help those in need.
It is a wonderful feeling to be part of an army of other couples united to assist in bringing spiritual and temporal relief that will help to strengthen individuals and our community.
We have been assigned to a downtown ward and attend Church there on Sundays and Family Home Evening on Wednesday nights. We will be assigned a few people to help with their varying needs, from being a friend, to helping them create a budget, to finding the right community resources to fill their needs.
We have met some remarkable people who are trying so hard to reach higher ground. It is a privilege to be of service to them. Though we are there to help them, they are teaching us. We have a renewed appreciation and testimony of how much the Lord loves all of His children and that He uses our hands to answer their prayers.

Graduation Day for Beth!!

It was a great day last Thursday, April 10th, when I officially graduated from LDS Business College with an Associates Degree in General Studies. With support and encouragement from my sweet Frankie, I enrolled and took classes every semester for three years. Though stressful at times it was well worth it!
Some of my favorites about this experience include: hanging out with young people, getting to steal a kiss from one of the faculty member (FRANK) between classes, learning things that I didn't know that I didn't know and wondering how I could have lived for so many years without knowing those things, taking a few classes with Brenna and Jared, discovering some new talents, and achieving the goal of graduating.
There were only two things that I didn't like about this experience: 1) Not having time or energy to pay attention to home and family details and 2) trying to figure out how in the world to wear that UGLY mortar board cap in an attractive way!!!
Now what am I going to do with this degree? It has already opened doors of opportunity for me at work and when I decide what I want to be when I grow up, I may just start working on a Bachelor's Degree!!!
Thank you, family, for all your support!!!

Hello...Goodbye!

We had a very nice visit with Dad on Friday. So sad he couldn't have stayed longer, but at least this way he doesn't get sick of us. I think he should pack up Mom and move down here. Just know that you are all welcome here anytime!
Also, HAPPY GRADUATION BETH!

Ethan and Uncle Mike

We watched Mia and Ethan a couple months ago while Cami went to the doctor. I caught this pic of the boys in a Simpson's trance

Ultra sound pic

Just figuring our how to post pics. So here's the baby. Inside the dark liver shape, there's a circle that's has a dark center. That's the yolk sac. Then the white thing next to it is little our little Pollywog

Baby Update

Mike and I went to the Dr. yesterday and got to see our little pollywog and it's heartbeat via ultrasound. I have pictures but I won't worry about posting them until it's recognizable.

I walked out of the appointment a little depressed. I was told that I was over 9 weeks along but when the doctor measured the baby, he said I'm only 7 weeks. Two more weeks of morning sickness!!! I thought I was almost done! Oh well. My due date is now Nov. 14th. Hopefully we'll make it to our first anniversary before we'll never be just the two of us again!
