Take Me Out to the Ball Game

Mia invited us to her soccer game on Thursday. It was great to see her play and to watch her with her team mates. What a lovely multi-talented little gal she is. She plays soccer, takes piano lessons (and can play by ear much to her piano teacher's delight), does gymnastics and is working hard to earn her Faith in God award in Primary. Oh, did I mention that she is a whiz on my sewing machine?!!! She made a home sewn gift for each member of her family last Christmas.
Ty has lots of experience on the side lines cheering for his older siblings. It won't be long before he follows in their "cleats" out on the field.
Ethan came from his own baseball game to watch Mia play soccer.
That's our girl, #26. Keep up the great work, little lady!!!

The Joy of Dipping

Marshall discovered a new gastronomic delight....
...dipping his french fries into sauce. It takes high levels of concentration but brings such joy!!! What a cute little fella!!

Brenna's Family - All Dressed Up

Brenna's sister-in-law got married on Friday. We had the chance to visit with them before they headed off to the wedding and captures a cute family photo while they were all dressed up. Later that evening we stopped by the reception. Not surprisingly we found that Bridget had delighted and entertained the attendees with her sweet smile and personality.

Grandkids at Play

It is always fun and busy when the grandkids come to play. Remi enjoys watching elevators on You-Tube.
Perhaps that is where he gets some of his imaginative inspiration that has turned the main floor shower in to his own elevator. He even gives rides to his cousins, grandparents and any other rider he can find.

Marshall likes Aunt Katie's cell phone.
Ty gets some help from Dallin to play bowling.
Ethan, Mia and Remi belly-up to the bar to sample some of Grandpa Frank's goooooood cooking.
Once in a while, everyone sits still and enjoys watching a video. Bridget and Remi both like Toy Story. Ahhhhh, quiet at last!

Easter 2011

The Easter Bunny found our house again this year. It was fun to have little people around to really get in to the decorations. These cupcake baskets with jelly bean "eggs" were are great way to do place cards.
Mr and Mrs Bunny look sweet near Candice's crepe paper carrots. It was wonderful to have Keith's family with us at our Easter table!
