The Foods of Christmas

The food served from the Sano kitchen is always delicious and also beautiful. Candice really knows how to capture the edible moments! Stuffed Lobster Tails....

...and rolled and Stuffed Fish Filets....

...as well as White Clam Sauce were just a few of the wonder fish dishes served on Christmas Eve.

On Christmas Day Keith treated us to a fabulous Salt Encrusted Prime Rib Roast. This is the before baking picture (the roast was seasoned with fresh rosemary and other spices and then topped with a salt crust)....

...and this is the after. The salt crust lifted off in one piece to reveal a perfectly cooked and seasoned Prime Rib roast. He served it up with all the fabulous fixin'!! Wow, what wonderful cooks we have in the family!
