A Day Trip to Provo, Utah

We spent a fun day with Dallin, Mia and Ethan as we took a day trip to visit BYU. The Museum of Art had a special exhibit of the paintings by the Danish painter, Carl Bloch. The exhibit featured his famous paintings of Christ, some of which are on display for the first time ever outside of Denmark. It was inspiring!!! No trip to BYU would be complete without a bowl or cone of Creamery Ice Cream.

We showed the kids where their daddy was born and lived, the Provo Temple where we were married, as well as other favorite places in Provo. We visited the Eyring Science Building and had fun with the handon activities and exhibits. We also stopped at the Bean Museum at BYU to see many, many taxidermied animals on display.
A special visit to Great-grandpa Clawson, Beth's dad, was delightful. He is doing well and entertained us with is wit and story telling. We had a great time with these great grandkids!!!
