This year was the first time in our entire lives that we did not have Thanksgiving Dinner at home. Instead, Jared, Katie, Frank and Beth went out to eat at Tucanos in Salt Lake City. It was delicious!!! Afterwards, Frank and Beth escaped for a few days to their Randolph Retreat. Not surprisingly, the traditional turkey with most of trimmings was prepared at home the next Sunday so we could all enjoy leftovers.
