It takes a lot of work to serve up the kind of Christmas Eve meal that the Sanos are used to. This year 13-year-old Dallin spent the day before cooking with Grandpa. Dallin peeled shrimp until the skin on his fingers went all prune-like. Then Grandpa put him to work stirring the sauce.
We are so pleased that Dallin is interested in learning some of the wonderful recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation.
