If a picture paints a thousand words, then our neighbor's home describes the cold spell we are having perfectly! Those icicles are at least 6 feet long and they are not likely to melt in the near future! |

This was a photo of our back deck two snow storms ago. Now the snow has piled up even more. |
This morning Frank and I worked on Temple Square. We thought we had bundled up appropriately but, boy, were we wrong! Add a little bit of a breeze to 10 degree weather and every area of skin not covered by multiple layers of protection SCREAMS at you. I admire my volunteers who bravely bundle up and greet our guests outside the buildings. I have affectionately named them the "Frozen Chosen".
We know that the warm days of summer will arrive.....eventually, but until then we are so grateful to have a nice cozy home to cuddle up in...away from the snow, ice and freezing temperatures.
